my favorite dish is...

this week corner is "my favorite dish" ...
I bought this japanese cook book recently, didn't get a try yet!
Still I love japanese food, italian, morrocan,yiddish, vietnamese... YES I'm "gourmande"
I also love this potery I made in potery class, I wonder is a vase a dish ?

j'aurais aimé commencer les cours de poterie cette année mais il a fallu faire un choix avec les cours de polonais ... mais je ne désespère pas

I love almost all food too. Sorry though to have a hard time with sushi but there are many other japanese dishes that i like. Gyoza or tempura for example. And what a beautiful vase. Fantastic that you made it. I would love to go to pottery class.

I always think japanese kitchen is one of the talent required cuisines. Although I have got a few japanese cookbooks, I still pay a lot for restaurants but absolutely does worth.
